Not my favorite You

First impressions were that it seemed incredibly similar to Fleur. Really kinda salty opening but I can detect the citrus, jasmine, and ambrox on the dry down. I wasn't sure how the "seaside at dusk" descriptor would work so I think it's throwing me off, especially since I'm such a fan of Bobbi Brown Beach. Aesthetically, I think the bottle color is kind of uninspired and lined up with the others it sticks out like a sore thumb (all I see is that one men's cologne bottle IYKYK). As others have mentioned, it has very little staying power, even after several sprays on skin and clothes, I think even my orange blossom neroli body spritz lasts longer and has better projection. I really wanted to like this one, especially since I'm in love with jasmine (currently really into Room 1015 Jasmine Freak and L'orchestre Bouquet encore), and it's not bad at all but it's just not my favorite of the You formulations and I think I only like it layered with Doux but probably because it's already my favorite (besides OG You). I don't typically gravitate towards gourmands but I think I even like Reve more than this one. It is nice, clean, and fresh but sits kinda heavy so I'm not sure what occasions I'd wear this for, maybe spring nights? I don't find myself reaching for it as much as the others but I think my friend might really like it. Product was gifted in exchange for my review.

A luxurious spring/summer scent

I’ve been wearing this scent for about a week and I love it more and more each day. My first thought upon smelling it was “luxurious”. It opens with the classic You ambrox note— creamy, a little musky, and familiar. Then, the white floral notes bloom and it’s like walking under jasmine and bergamot trees during a peaceful sunny day. I also get a salt-like whiff (like Fleur), which gives it a summery vibe but not in an overwhelming tropical, sunscreen way at all—it’s more like the sensation of sunlight on waves during sunset. It’s subtle yet still creamy and elegant. I love it a lot! I catch myself purposely smelling my wrist and my clothes and even my hair every other hour and still catch whiffs of it lingering throughout the day. As far as I could tell, the projection is weaker than the rest of the You line, but it’s still lovely and intimate and less overwhelming to sensitive noses. Beautiful packaging as always (my friend said the bottle color is “sexy” and honestly, agreed). Overall, it’s a fresh, creamy, luxurious fragrance that layers so well with the rest of the You collection. Can’t wait to wear it throughout the summer! 🩵 (Gifted by Glossier)

Fragrance:Musky, skin-like I now get why this perfume could be a hit or miss. It smells differently on people. My sister and I both tried this one — to her, it's more floral but to me, it's muskier. I almost don't smell the floral notes. Nonetheless, I like it as an everyday wear. It smells clean and effortless. Men can wear this (my fiancé actually liked it too) and I think any age can appreciate this. With regards to my experience with this shop, I appreciate them informing me beforehand that they'll be using 2mL bottles instead of 1mL. Because of that, I knew that I'll be receiving bottles that are half full. Delivery was quick, package was sealed well (no leakages), all spray bottles work fine. Overall, if I am looking for a decant of a certain perfume, this is the first shop I'll check.

The perfect blend of fresh and sweet!

I don't have many perfumes, but this one I just had to made an exception for! It not overly sweet to the point where that would override just how refreshing it is as a scent. To me, its a very spring/summer scent, but honestly you could definitely wear it year-round with how gorgeous it is. Not to mention how nice it is to hold in your hand and spray with the indent for your thumb! It is so much easier and less slippery, and I get to worry less about dropping a glass product. Although, it isn't the most long lasting. I would say the scent fades most notably after 3-4 hours. Which is unusual considering that it is an Eau de Parfum, and not an Eau de Toilette. All in all, I would actually recommend it though, just because of how unique and captivating it is as a scent!

It’s powdery, salty, and incredibly comforting. It’s the kind of scent that makes people lean in and say, 'You smell good,' rather than 'What perfume are you wearing?' 10/10 for everyday wear.

Late rating… I received my order yesterday; it’s complete and securely packed. I sent a message to seller to ask some recommendation sa perfume since Inhave allergic rhinitis and not into flowery or sweet na scent… Incanto Shine is one of my fave perfume talaga. Also, I super like the smell of Glossier You na nirecommend ni seller. Etong Chloe e medyo matapang yung scent for me pero ok na din. Thank you so much!
